Version v1

Privacy Policy

Kaamly provides job discovery and application tools. This policy explains the information used to operate your account.

Information we collect

When you continue with Google or Apple, we receive a provider-specific account identifier and, when shared, your verified email address and name. We store account, linked-provider, session, security-event, job-preference, and product-interaction data needed to provide Kaamly.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, synchronize your Kaamly experience, protect accounts, provide requested job-search features, troubleshoot the service, and meet legal obligations. Kaamly does not sell personal information or use provider sign-in data for advertising.

Providers and retention

Google and Apple process sign-in information under their own policies. Kaamly retains account data while your account is active and removes it when you delete your account, except where limited retention is legally required. Security records may be retained briefly to prevent abuse.

First-party acquisition measurement

On Kaamly's public landing pages, guides, and individually shared job pages, we measure anonymous page views, sign-in button selections, application-link redirects, completed sign-ins, and new-account conversions. We retain normalized campaign labels and the referring site's hostname, but not the full referring URL, a raw IP address, or a direct visitor identity. Raw anonymous events expire after 90 days; daily aggregate counts may be retained to understand long-term product performance. Attribution passes through the existing sign-in grant and does not require a persistent analytics or advertising cookie.

Tawk.to provides Kaamly's support chat. The chat service loads only when you choose to open it. If you are signed in, your available name and email address may be shared with Tawk.to together with your chat messages and basic technical information needed to operate the chat. Do not include resume content or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your support request.

Subscriptions and trial protection

Dodo Payments, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process purchases and send Kaamly the subscription identifiers and status needed to unlock your account. Kaamly does not store full payment-card details. To understand trial misuse, we retain keyed hashes of IP addresses and network prefixes, coarse country, platform, time, outcome, and account identifier for 90 days. We do not retain the raw IP address in these observations, and network reuse does not block a trial at launch.

Your choices

You can sign out of every Kaamly surface from Account settings. For provider-linking, account-access, export, or deletion requests, contact support. Apple private-relay addresses are treated like other verified addresses. When an account with billing history is deleted, Kaamly may retain a minimal pseudonymous transaction-ownership record required to prevent a purchase from being attached to a different account and to meet billing or fraud obligations.
